Kudos to Mr. Elson Letada, Teacher III, Guinhadap ES, who shared to me the story of the swimming children when I monitored the school as the Area Supervisor for Monreal schools SY 2010-2011.
The pioneer teachers were Consuelo Felipe and Oscar Encabo, regular-permanent and Michael Rosales and Arnaldo Rejuso, Provincial School Board paid teachers (P5,000.00 a-month)

The People Management Association of the Philippines through its CSR Committee is raising 35K pesos for the cost of 5 bancas. Are they still needed? I was told by the PMAP Bulacan Chapter President that he has already communicated with you through email. If this is so, how can we possibly talk?

Thank you so much PMAP Bulacan. You may get in touch with me at jay.jaboneta[at]gmail.com. By the way, boat-building in Masbate has been completed. We are now raising the last remaining yellow boats for Layag-Layag, Zamboanga City at P8,000 each. Thank you for your trust and support!
